The health and safety of our employees and any other person who may be impacted by RSCC operations and activities is of paramount importance and our aim is to protect our biggest asset, our people and have minimal impact on the environment. Health and Safety of all our stakeholders and the preservation of the Environment that we operate in are of paramount importance to us. We also recognize that our people drive our business. As the most critical resource, we educate and train our employees in HSE procedures through the principles outlined in our Site Safety Handbook. Furthermore, we conduct HSE training for our employees twice a year to ensure that our policies and procedures are well understood. Our safety procedures have been developed using industry best practices which make us compliant with ISO 14001 (Occupational Health and Safety) and ISO 45001 (Environmental Management System). The training is followed by vigorous implementation at all our sites and is overseen by the company's HSE Head and the Site Health and Safety Officer.
